Bout wat type of mask.... takde garentee it will protect u. Yg common surgical mask lg lar tak effective. Just to protect others from YOUR cough. NOT u from others. But i do use N95 type from 3M hehehe.... got it early. It covers around your nose and chin with a rubber strap

just check the n95 just now... makk oiii, they selling at 8.50 each.... unbelievable further more its disposable. mmmm... nak diy lah

Update as at yesterday: 64 death and 33 in ICU...

I tot N95 is the Nokia phone =P. My lil' son is down since yesterday - fever & flu. Now on medication. So far temp didn't hit 38C. Not working la nih for 2 days oredi. Take care of urself my fellow brothers .. especially u bruised =)

The MOH (ministry of health) has appointed 15 core teams around M'sia to educate, n treat suspected H1N1 pts. Comprises of senior medical consultants and other support staffs. Its noted that patients treated with Respiratory/ infectious dz consultants have better prognosis that general specialists. Also remided doctors to wear surgical mask when attending patients eventhough its not ILI pts.

The WHO projected a second wave of infections will come coming October. Thus MOH has suspended all our leaves untill further notice. In M'sia maybe earlier becs of Raya exodus etc. Also the emergence of mutations in the H1N1 virus also can be of the cause. Resistance strains to certain antiviral drugs also have been found but till date no transmission of this resistance virus yet recorded.
