I want to install an oil cooler using universal oil cooler kit.
the benefit is i can get low temp for my engine oil.and got no prob for long distance.
the question is.. can i use it? didnt see any bm's use that before.afraid if its only for japs car.

mmmm yes, tak pernah nampak pun. i guess it is best to use bmw oil cooler.
mine will install soon heheheh... came with half cut.

if u want oil cooler, better to get the full set from halcut. Cause it has the proper piping. Last time i bought the oil cooler without the piping, end up returning it back.

m20b25 ada oil cooler.. can't fit to m40 engine rase.. my car m20b20 installed oil cooler get from half cut.. if complete set.. PnP Smile

funny...i tot oil cooler is meant for racing purpose as the engine is operating under consistant high rpm which churns out a lot of heat.

for street driving, oil cooler would not be required? juz a thought....

yes, wks said is true... the oil also extra 1 litre kot.. this is to fill up the oil cooler also. mmm yummy!

How much bro? Bumper chasis nk kena modified x bcoz aku tgk mcm xde ruang je nk letak oil cooler kt keta aku... How to install to m20b20 yg mmg xde oil cooler? Rolling Eyes

mmg PnP no modified.. but like chris said.. must get complete set.. coz dlm RM500 rase.. maybe less.. tgk berapa dpt la.. Smile

Normally diaorg mount dkt support radiator bawah tu.
kalo piping ori dia panjang sikit so bolehla mount kat situ.So kalo pakai bumper m-tech tu dua lubang angin yg panjang tu adalah utk angin masuk ke oil cooler..

Oil cooler is standard for M20B25 engines fitted into E30
