Some of the members PM me and to know what and how to moderate a forum and to be clear about this, here are more details.

Guys, this open to those who are full internet literate only. Able to create an interesting topic without offending such parties. Consider this as your virtual-every-day-job. Frequent login is required. Able to create a tutorial for new users and answers in rightful manner.

A moderator for a board is probably to help get discussions started. Probably ask leading questions which are open to discussion and try and answer any other questions.

If you have a couple of people who come back every day and welcome new members, answer questions and if no one else is there talk amongst themselves then the board will grow quick.

If the administrator found that the moderator seems to be rude, hostile and inappropriate, therefore the administrator reserve the right to terminate it service or find a replacement. Otherwise..just enjoy!
