the shop is at bandar puteri puchong. i've tried moving the flap, it is smooth and no problem. THe mechanic is a great guy to be honest.
I was checking the engine bay and saw that the rubber elbow connecting to the AFM from the manifold kinda in poor condition.
I truely believe that it is an electrical problem. I have no problem revving the car, but after i rev the car really hard, the engine will struggle, its like running on 4 cyclinder only.
I turned off the engine and start it up again, then its fine again...hmm...The problem will occur again when i rev it kao kao again. T_T

Wow... you so patience oledi... if i were you, i will buy RM10 petrol and light the car up...kekeek.. sorry, just to lighten you up larrr...kekeke
Okay, mmm let see...Motronic
Please check Rotor Arm (might be worn out)
Spark Plug Cable (check cable properly or borrow from friend to test)
Spark Plug (might not reliable to your engine. I'm using bosch super 4 but my mech told me to change it because it doesn't suit to my kinda engine)
You convert your engine... check all wiring, are they properly sealed?
Elbow tube (after AFM, see got leak or not)
Thats it for now, we try to find answers for you
Cheers!

checked the rotor arm, no problem
spark plug cable havent change b4
spark plugs are the same as yours, im using W8LCR ones which are perfect for the m20b25
Regarding the elbow tube, it is kinda in a worn out condition. Gonna change it soon
Bear in mind that i think this is an electrical problem instead, the problem will only occur when i rev my car kao kao and the car will act like i'ts runnning on 3 cyclinder...once turned off the ignition and restart it..its ok again until the next rev session
