Hi guys I'm new here =) and I need some info

I recently acquired an e30 and looking forward to swap the engine. And after much considerations between m20 b25 and sr20, I decide to go for the sr20. Now I really need workshops recommendation that has experience in transplanting sr20 into e30 in KL area. Preferably pros in conti to jap engine swap.

Anyone who has done their conversion, please share your info on the workshop, cost and reliability.

hi....i have swap my e30 to sr20det....in port dickson,N9....the cost is about 10k plus.....rm2800 for the engine....rm3000 for the mechanic.....+- is for the parts (the intercooler piping, exhaust system, 325 rear disc brake, ICE, bodywork, change colour, etc) i juz want to share my experience swaping engine....the cost for swaping sr20det is around dat la bro....8k to 10k....good luck bro....

$2800 for the engine? That's cheap. Is that the h/cut or only engine + wiring? The price for s13 h/cut in KL is around $4 - 5K.

I have been quoted by a w/shop for around $3000+ for engine swap and wiring only, which is quite expensive I think. Still shopping around now hopefully can find a better deal.

Anyone has any idea how much it cost to swap M50 B25?

M50 B25 to perfection including half cut. Average 18-20k. I guess pussy (from BMWCM) done up to 18K and lots of R&D

for wat taking the h/cut....we cannot use the body part.....juz buy the engine, gearbox n wiring....that's y its cheap....for ur information i'm not using s13...i'm using s14....rm3k+ ke bro.....plus 2 berapa byk....if plus sampai 1k x payah ah g kedai 2.....find another workshop which is cheaper n can do the wiring perfectly.....like mine(lansi....hehehe)
