sebulan berpuasa (..untuk yang berpuasa je), mesti time raya belasah maximum lemang ketupat, rendang ayam, daging etc etc... pastu badan mesti dah besar macam busut, so apa kah diet yang effectif untuk turun kan berat badan selain dari makan pil pelansing..nak kasi ramping skit la

Diet lepas raya? .. Senang je makan tuh berpada-pada. Jgn duk mengunyah 24/7 pulak. Minum biar cukup atleast 8 gelas. Jgn main teguk ikut dan. Exercise atleast 3 kali seminggu. 20 minit satu kali pun jadi =)

awwoohhh... puasa enam lah... lepas tuh buat2 puasa...

Beras Pulut kalau makan banyak angin badan, jadi anda bukan gemuk macam busut, itu semua perut kembung jer... minum eno halia, mudah mudahan akan kempis balik selepas kentut yang tak henti henti kekekek

Senang aje nak kontrol badan lepas raya nie. Dah belasah ketupat, lemang, rendang dll buat aje apa yang telah saya buat. Dua hari raya lagi dah start lari balik. Dah sebulan relax, kali pertama lari tu semput jugak, tepi lepas dua hari lari la ni dah ok. Kalu setakat lari 7 - 8 km non stop dah tak jadi hal lagi. Sekarang badan masih mantain macam puasa dulu. Harap2 dapat kekal sampai posa tahun depan. Wallahuallam.
