3pm - Gathering at Project, Puchong Perdana (opposite Red Zone)
3.30pm - Roll out to RALK
4pm - Organized Parking
4.30pm - Meet the President of RALK
5pm - Meet the childrens
6pm - Doing charity (Cash or Non-Cash items)
7pm - Dinner (Catering by De'na Cafe) - organized by Roger
8.30pm - Souvenior from Bimmers Club, Bimmerianz, UDM Owners & Malat Bimmer to RALK
9pm - Dismiss

Sponsor Cash & Items are individual preferences. Foods & Beverages! Event estimated to cost RM5000. Please feel free to contribute more.

Wow! Thanks for the info roger. Wokay, as you stated the catering dinner arrangement will cost RM5k, can we find any restaurant that willingly donate food as catering for the event? As we can see, all the contributors are from us (all the bmw clubs and community) but except the catering area. I will suggest that we talk to restaurant owner to make the food as zakat well atleast they charge us as cost price.

Since this event is going to be a joint event from Bimmers Club, Bimmerianz, UDM Owners & Malatbimmer, Whatabout BMW Club Malaysia? are they invited aswell?

Can it be like this. Each club/community have to contribute
RM1k. No matter how many participants, the total amount of each club will accumulate to 1K. So, if 5 clubs will get in total of 5k.


If thats so, then so be it. anyway i'm in.

Dear Roger,

First of all, we thank you for organising this such event. It is very noble
indeed. I already discuss this matter among malatbimmer official and
ambassador. We regret to inform you that we (malatbimmer.com)
decided to withdraw from this event. Reasoning to this matter,
the withdrawal was based on poor response from members and also not good idea for us to run such donation drive with fixed amount of fund.
Participants should donate based on their will not by fixed figure.
Therefore we felt that this is not right for us. I guess i speak on behalf
of the members also.


We apologize for enconvenient caused.


How ever, to those who want to participate in this event.

Guys, i just got hold of Pn. Rabaah (President of RALK) saying that the venue now had been changed to Asrama Puteri



We can start convoy from Petronas where after the Sinage of Kg. Bharu Puchong, on the way to Putrajaya. Meet there at 3pm as planned! 3.30pm sharp, we'll start our CONVOY to RALK (Asrama Puteri).

Pls. call myself if should you require any assistance. Each Car Club President are given 5mins speech (pls. prepare your speech)!
