I've got the opportunity to be at the NEW X5 launch / preview last Saturday. Kinda a last minute thing as I got the confirmed invitation on Friday. Basically, it's the new X5 launch with an exclusive sneak peak under the hood (and under the chassis too) and they have pro-drivers to take you for a joy ride (eerr I mean to experience the ride)!

First we were greeted by the crew for registration and given a Welcome Pack . While waiting for the briefing session, we were treated with coffees and juices. In the Welcome Pack, there are a questionnaires (feedback form), a welcome letter & leaflets. Filling up the feedback form will entitled me to get a freebies from them, yay!

In the briefing session, we were briefed all about the NEW X5, the chassis the engine the built etc. etc. How it has been improved compared to the OLD model. I didn't really get to sit and snap pictures of it's interior as I'm a lil' bit busy with my lil' Princess jumping and hoping around the briefing area

After the session, it's the 'experience the moment' time! As I've said earlier, this is the best part (for me la). I've got a chance to be the passenger for Abg Kevster in the NEW face-lifted X3. Woohh the cornering is superb. I don't really believe that the SUVs can corner flat like this! I tot my E30 only can do keke. After the first round in the X3. I hoped in to the BIG Boss. And the rest is history

There're also other models displayed like the 530d Touring, the Z4, the 6, 5, 3 & 1 Series. I hope there will be another event with the M3 & the M5. Owwh that what I've wrote in the feedback form. All in all, I really enjoyed the event, hope to be at another launch if there's any kekek. . Thank you BMW Malaysia
