Benefits
1. Accidental Death Benefit
Pay the capital sum in the event of accidental death
2. Partial and Permanent Disability
Pays up to the capital sum as per schedule.
3. Medical Reimbursement
Reimburse medical expenses up to the sum insured inclusive of hospital room and board, clinical, outpatient and surgical treatment.
4. Weekly Indemnity
Pays up to 104 weeks if the insured is totally unable to attend to his work as certified by a registered medical practitioner.
5. Broken Bones / Burns
Pays up to RM20,000.00 as per schedule.
6. Physician Benefits
An additional medical benefit up to RM500 to cover treatments by accupuncturist, bonesetter,chiropractor, osteopath & physiotherapist. (Provided the first consultation is by registered medical practitioner)
7. Daily Hospital Income
A daily hospital income up to RM 130 per accident (max. 180 days)
8. Renewal Bonus
10% renewal bonus on accidental sum assured a year up to 50% maximum or not exceeding RM300,000.00 total company accidental death.
9. Ambulance Fees
Pays Ambulance fees incurred consequent upon an accident up to RM200 per accident.
10. Death Benefits (Any Cause)
Death Benefit up to RM60,000.00 is payable in the event of death.
You get all this starting only from RM 206.00 / year.
