Very near shops, shell station, makan place.
3 rooms, 3 baths (2 en-suite)
Built-in wardrobe in master bed and room downstairs.
Built in cabinets in kitchen.
Its a bit of a fixer upper, more suited for students (was rented out to students before)
Rent RM600 per month (nego.), deposits nego. Sharing OK (I'm easy )
