okay, since you tilt it back to -10deg, how will you settle the starvation of the cylinder head without oil everytime you start up your engine..there will be non in the hydraulic lifters ? so no lubrication there... funny these days the mechanics, they can re-event the wheel..... |

| bro g0dspeed, I am located in Kuching where there are not many ppl who are expertise in bmw conversions. so far in kch other than mine currently going on, only xsjado has gone the m40-m42 way. My case is quite different. i bought the engine without the ews module. second issue is with the wiring as the wiring loom was messy when it came (without the x20 connector). so im worried that maybe some wiring are not wired up properly. so im now trying to resolve the problem between getting the right ecu to bypass ews and proper wiring connection. Need some input tho cos i was told that u can just use a non-ews (pre 94) to bypass the ews system. question is do u also need the non-ews wiring harness? i have yet to bring to car for diagnostics as i currently have no time.sigh. |
