For your requirements it is best that you use Bilstein HD which are the black tube ones. Stiffer round tha corners with not too much comfort sacrificed.

There are lots of brands around like koni, sachs and boge turbo. The konis and boge are decent as well but tend to favour comfort over handling slightly but never waste money on sachs absorbers cos they are quite crap.

Don't forget to change your absorber mountings as well as the absorber dampers as well.

I am using Eibach Spring and bilstein Black absorber...

Quite progressive, comfort and good handling as well..

Damages:

Spring Rm 1100
Absorber Rm 260 Front & Rm 240 Rear..

Expensive?

The price was two years ago.
