As many of u know , i sold my E30 sedan but my love to E30 is not stop from there .....

Finally decided to start another E30 project but this round is a coupe and i hope can keep it for long period (Hopefully ) .........

Here my ride before the project started .......

Year 84 coupe with Mtec II bodykit (its a MUST for me ) ......

As most of the BMW lover know , the major issue for the E30 prefacelift model is the RUST issue .......

Since i decided to rebuilt the car (Maybe the last BMW tat i going to rebuilt) , i decided to restore the WHOLE fire wall .........

Started with the driver side ........The firewall and also the floor was fully removed and replaced with new metal plate ......

The battery going to move to rear boot ......So the battery plate was removed and fully welded with new metal plate ......The workmanship is just too good ....

Brand new firewall built at driver side .......

So impressed how the guy knock the metal plate to suit the corner area .........its knock by hand ..........

The man behind this ........clean up d area after welding job done ......

Some update here .......

The firewall and the flooring were done ........

Firewall done and temporarily applied some anti rust before the paint job carry on ....

Since the front parts almost done ........

The next is to settle the rear part .......

I always love E30 coupe with facelifted tail light which make the car looks sexxxxy ......

But too bad ......hardly to find a facelift coupe here in Malaysia ........

But my dream will still carry on with "Malaysia Boleh" Spirit ........

As i mentioned earlier .........I really impress with the knocking skill by the man behind my project .......Im sharing some pics here and i believe most of the ppls will agreed with me .......

Everything started with the knocking of a piece of metal plate ........

Welding job carry on after the frame is done ........

Tula.Memang best la lionel bengkel ni.CO² almost same like spot welding.Good job... And how much did u pay for dis? And one more is WHY is your brake servo mount at driver side? Kalau tak silapla refer to ur pic after battery bracket dismantle... Am i wrong or the pic is mirror?? Question

Ya .....the workmanship is good .......

I changed my servo to driver side ........Battery removed to rear boot.....

After the tail light conversion done .......Now is the time to rebuilt the rear boot area....1st thing is to replace the spare tire tank which already damaged due to rust problem ......

As usual ......The guy behind this project cutting the metal plate to duplicate the tank ....

As usual .....everything is knock by hand ........

Here is the outcome .........Very nice ....Hahhahahhahha.............

Removed the old spare tire tank which was damaged due to rust issue .......

Another favorite rusty area .......The rusty metal were cut out .......

Here how the rusty metal looks like .......

Replaced with the new metal plate and enlarge the compartment as i going to move the battery to this area .......

Eleh ye² je so painful spending $$$ making dis lovely baby.if below then 3k its ok what... dat is the lowest price ive heard.not too expensive..
see whats the ending of this body restoration and i will satisfy for the money dat i spent.my lovely baby have spent over 2k for body restoration.

below 3K? the world must be crazy then. must be a charity welding shop:) looking at the job i think bro lionel kita ni spent like 5K and more nih...unless sponsored kekekeke....in the end when the car is on the road the bill will be like 30K~35K kekekeke...if he were to use the 3M products...undercoating and stuff...hell yeah! salute bro!

Yalor Dato' ...........pening kepala nie .......over budget oledi....

For the welding and body work ...i quite happy with the workmanship and the material they r using .......

The boss said 3M still the best tat y just go for it .........U r rite .....its not cheap ......
