hi mafia, hows family life? busy i guess, seldom see u online..

actually my cousin just got the car about 2 months back. had overheating issue's, changed the whole cooling system and all but problem surfaced again after a couple of weeks wt additional vibration on cold starts. while looking at other possibilities and changing plugs.. ada water in one of the cylinders. so decided to go for top overhaul. open her up, and the crack surfaced, Sad hard luck i guess .. anyway the dealer has agreed to pay the cost ...

the one in mudah for Single vanos ler.. anyway found some, just a matter of best price now...

double vanos heads are very expansive..they range from 3.4k to 6k even !!

As some of you know, Ive been looking for a replacement and found one!

Its a528i Double Vanos cylinder head.. if you see the pic below, just above the 5th cylinder theres a no engraved 1/3 on my ori part, but on the replacement part it says 1/2..

what is this indicating, does it make any diff? your urgent help is much appreciated...
