Several roads here will be closed from 6pm to midnight Tuesday for the Kuala Lumpur World Marching Band competition 2009.
They are:
* Jalan Bukit Bintang from the slip road to Jalan Raja Chulan/ Jalan Bukit Bintang to Jalan Bukit Bintang/ Jalan Sultan Ismail;
* Jalan Bukit Bintang/ Jalan Sultan Ismail to Jalan Sultan Ismail/ Jalan Raja Chulan;
* The junction of Jalan Imbi/ Jalan Sultan Ismail (right lane) to Jalan Sultan Ismail/ Jalan Bukit Bintang.
A Kuala Lumpur traffic police statement here says public cooperation is need to prevent traffic congestion.
The triennial competition has attracted entries from teams from four continents. -- Bernama
