anyone using them? where did you get them from?
I'm not keen on using the e36 ones as body work is needed.

actually, found a site that sells them for a decent price. keep in mind that the word "decent" is subjective compared to the UK sites.

I've seen the items on Abraham's page before, but honestly, after currency conversion and shipping rates etc, it's hard to swallow that price just for the side markers.

yeah, its like US49 for the pair. like I said, the meaning of "decent" is subjective. the other sites that offer it are from the UK and they're charging about 23 pounds plus shipping. even worse.

I actually just dropped Mel a line to see what he can arrange for a malat group buy. perhaps we can save on shipping and a little more. I dunno if anyone would be interested. just throwing it out there.

One set is $59 total shipped ($49 plus $10 shipping/handling).
5 sets is $255 total shipped ($45x5 plus $30 shipping/handling).
Same price for smoked or clear.
6-10 days via USPS airmail.

so its really in group buys of 5 so get the savings in shipping. if I can get a starting group of 5 orders by end of next week, I wouldn't mind putting it on my credit card first. of course, I'd appreciate a deposit first before and then the rest of the payment once goods are received.

The other caveat is that since I'll be using my card, the exchange rate will be the credit card's exchange rate.

again, just throwing it out there to see if anyone is interested.
