Or they simply reduce the ticket fee so there is MORE Saman to issue...hahahahah because they know, if reduce the fee road users will easily speed to the limit, Dont want to pay? they always can say 'Hello tuan, itu saman dah reduce pun tak buleh bayar kah?'.

For the old 'rate' they cannot reach quota for each month, so what they did.. Reduce to affordable fee, then the quota for each saman in easily reached target. Dont you think so?

Eheks jgn mimpi la kita malatians nk dpt saman murah...
Uncle Chan Kong Choy aka Transport Minister manyak malah woooo sama PDRM n sikalang ini celite suda masuk dlm parlimen lorrr...
