Hi guys, attached is the sample from my car that i bought for RM900. I managed to get a shop that do mandrel bend for this set of headers. The only different is, they use besi putih instead of Chrome plated. However they also do stainless steel but the price is way too high.

If you interested, i managed to get for RM700 for a set of headers. Minimum order is 10 sets.

RM700 besi putih
RM1100 Stainless Steel

The price include 3 mandrel bend to 1 x 2 headers for RM700.

Installation you have to kow tim your side.

Interested?

Payment for this, you need to pay half then once ready you have to pay in full NO DELAY please. Good deal for M20 enthusiast. For E34 coming soon.

i need sample lah bro, kalau ada sample memang buleh buat.

Due date lama lagi, i will send my car for conversion in another month time. Therefore turun enjin. I will dismantle the headers and send to the shop. They took only 1 day to duplicate. then they will do 1 sample for me to test, once satisfied, the order comes in.

Minimum according to them is 10. so when the time comes i will call you
(i need another set since they said can do better then mine)

pick-up same lahh.. top end kuat, i try through gombak - bentong, via karak... naik bukit tak payah down shift, at 4th and 5th gear masih buleh climb hill. where as last time have to down shift to 3rd dan masuk 4th. mmmm...

M50 can do also, they only need a sample.. guess is around the same price too...mmm mudah got M50 headers last time, now i dunno lorr.. dia nak jual pun i guess around 2k Rolling Eyes

If you interested just update the list. if cukup 10 orang, i will dismantle my headers and send for replicate. Then will contact you guys to pay half first. Once everything complete then balance on delivery ehh... simple as that brah..kekekek

kalau tak cukup, then have to wait. unless i got extra money that can cover the shortage ones, but then again i can't sell as 700. might be higher because i invested the initial cost first mahh... hehehehe.

however, i will check and negotiate with them the initial quantity order. Wink

mine is M20B23 AUTO wor? what effect can I expect from it leh? tq for the lecture...

you are probably running a stock exhaust manifolds (otherwise known as an extractor) for your 323 (pipes that feed exhaust gases from the engine to the rest of your exhaust system). headers are meant to replace your stock manifold to allow for more through flow.

In a nutshell, it will make your power delivery more linear and depending on the design, will give your ride a little more oomph through the gears. expect an average increase of about 5-8 hp.

of course, if anyone has additional insights....I may be wrong.

Currently on my ride and fit perfectly, bear in mind what we going to do is to replicate from my headers to fit M20 B25 engine. Therefore i'm going to use first. if fits well, then replicate. The existing now in my 323 Ljet, i will send for replicate as soon as my 325 motronic swap. So, if the Ljet headers (which i'm using now) can fit Motronic, then will inform you guys.

as for the shape.... i believe its from hotbits and hotbits ikut jps header.
no such thing must follow till centre bullet. please google it.

there are 3 types of header... short, mid and long headers. long headers (till centre bullet) are for those who have ample engine space, short compact engine space and mid for easy clearance access the steering coupling.

torq and horsepower only affected to those who runs at 6k rpm above, under 6k rpm takde rasa effect.

for your info bila aku pakai header nih (or mana2 mandrel bend header) naik bukit pakai gear 4 pun boleh potong kereta...kekekkeke serious!!!
