Removed dashboard , seat and carpet to do the welding and anti rust job ......
The drive and passanger facing heavy rust problem .......
Crying or Very sad

A metal plate was cutted for the welding ............The saint job do at the same time ........

Found out the previous owner welded the fender wit the front grill....So decided change to new fender .........

Old fender for sale if anyone interested......Cheap cheap..............

If normal spring and skimming , around 350..........

If ur rim are bent ....then will cost more .........

The refinishing on the rims look pretty good, how long will they take for a set of 4 and will they give you spare rims to run on while they work on it?

How much is the cost for the whole de-rusting process minus the paint job?? (kindly share if the painter did give you the breakdown of the cost for the whole job. Otherwise, how much did the whole Paint Job cost you?)

Reason for asking is coz I'm scouting for a place to paint a Satria. Smile

Fully re-wrap the dashboard ......Like new .....

Re-wrap the E36 Mtec seat ........Im not d fan of leather ......So go for fabric instead ........

Exhaust time .............Super Sprint for E46 318 .......

Main reason decided for E46 version cos its newer so condition is better and maybe better technology as well.......

But some modification needed to fit it to E30 ...Thanks to Kingston from Everco who did a good job to complete the modification ........

2nd ......cut the exhaust tips ........

Clean up the back box .......

3rd steps.........Trying to install the back box to my car ......Need to modified the bracket ........

After the back box done .....Found out some leaking at the front portion of the exhaust due to bent bracket as u can see in the pics.......Its cause uneven surface and cause the air leaking even with new gasket.........

So decided to change the center portion using Everco product and as u can see in the pic, the bracket is much thicker ..............

All done ................

The Super Sprint is just too nice ..........

Doing some mod to improve the handling .......

Custom Aluminium Guibo .............

The left is the custom aluminium guibo compared with OEM rubber type .......

How the thing look like after installed ...............

The result is very impressive as E30 steering is a bit loose/free play ....but with the aluminium guibo ......its more rigid and tie ......

Must do for E30.........

Custom made heat shield ............heheheh

1st ....u must find a pipe which can suit ur open pot size and cut to the size tat can suit ut engine based ........

U need at least 3 screws to hold the filter to the pipe .......Make sure the screw is not hit the filter paper ........

How the heat shield looks after the thing done .........

Some domestic job ...........wrap wit a cheap carbon looks a like sticker to make it looks nicer and the job done ...........

Not really like the height of Bilstein spring so decided go for H&R spring instead ..............

Result is just PERFECT ................

Truly awesome especially the exhaust box. Oops, kinda worried about the heatsheild, the idea is good but to use PVC for heat kinda bad idea, easy to lembik, but can try oso since M40 engine space memang banyak, therefore heat travel much on freeflow rather than M20.

mmmm kinda interested on the guibo wonder how much will cost me to do that... care to share? cheers!

DIY to change the window rubber molding ...........Not difficult but need to be careful to avoid d paint damage ........

The brand new rubber molding ..............

Removed the chrome metal strip ............

Removed teh old rubber molding ...............

Replaced the new one ..............

Installed back the chrome strip..............

Comparison the old and harden rubber molding with the brand new ..........
