There was some around the rear lights, but so far, seems OK after applying rust converter.
The bigger problem is that the floor of the right side bucket (where the battery might sit in post-88 325i models) has worse rust. It feels soft and there is a small hole in a corner where I can see through to the floor.
I was wondering whether its easy to remove and reweld a new piece there. If so, where to go and how much agak agak? Preferably somewhere around BU/TTDI/IKEA/PJ area.
