Guys... Nak tanyala.Dulu ada beli rear brake E30 then install to my car.But this fella give me with LSD.But unfortunately this LSD cannot fit in my E30 coz coupler dia ada 6 bolt untuk joint ke gandar belakang.Normally E30 just 4 bolt je kan then square design.LSD yang saya dapat ni jenis propeller bulat with 6 bolt.That mechanics told me that this LSD is for WISCOS E30 325 4WD.This car is only at japan.This LSD pun get from japan.Then another 1 is final drive dia 3:9,normal E30 is 4:1.Saya punya mechanic kata 3:9 final drive is better then 4:1.Betul ke? Dia kata nanti gear akan jd panjang then maybe high RPM boleh dapat sampai 9-10.Sekarang ni kereta saya kalau Rpm dah menjangkau 7 pun kereta still 'pergi' lg.Maksudnya kalo dah red line pun still blh henyak lg.So the problem is,betul ke kalau final drive 3:9 blh dapat mcm tu punya red line? LSD ni blm masuk lg.Plan lepas raya haji ni baru buat.

IF the car is 318, then 4:10 is the best. 3:90 not much different IMHO. RPM 7k 5th gear?

kalau my one(m20b20) , non lsd 3.91 ...

on 5th gear
3k rpm = 110-120kmph .

My car model is E30 320.Sekarang ni just nak tau how powerfull kalau masuk LSD 3:9 ni ke enjin 2.0??.Sekarang ni pun ok cuma takde LSD jela.Yes redline 7k AND ABOVE in 5th gear.Pick-up kurang tapi bila masuk 3rd gear ada rasa 'lajak' yg cepat.Gear 1-5 semuanya boleh dpt redline above.Mungkin kalau setting pakai meter Auto gauge shift light tu blh dpt dlm Rpm 9-10k.Sekarang ni takut kalau2 masuk LSD ni kereta jd under power pulak.Pomen saya kata kalau masuk 3:9 ni gear akan jd LEBIH PANJANG dpd sekarang.Tu yang kena tanya abang2 ni semua... (thank u guys for ur replies)

Yes bro.Thats the problem.Afraid if my car install that 3.9 LSD jadi apa agaknya kan... So far modification dekat enjin just air filter je.Then kawan a.k.a pomen saya tu just tuning air flow je.Takut jgk Rpm tinggi2 ni kan.Tp sampai sekarang ni ok je,xde apa masalah pun.

boy u using meter for 6cycle or 318 punye ?

my redline less than 7k ... paling tinggi pun 6.2k rpm ...
mengikut wikipedia , m20b20 redline 6200rpm
m20b23 6500rpm
m20b25 6700rpm

Apekebendenya tu bro?? huhu... sengal tul la aku ni.... Meter 320i.Redline sampai 7 je.Engine m20b20.Tapi rpm tu mmg naik cepat.Pomen kata rpm x gila sbb dia dah tuning air flow bagi lawas habis.Sbb tula bila dah sampai 7k rpm pun still boleh tarik lagi.So esok kalau masuk LSD ni lagila gear jd panjang.Plan next month nak masuk ni bro... Ada lg 1 nak tanya.Kalau masuk wheel spacer 5 knuckle boleh ke?? Sbb kalau buat knuckle baru takut tak safety pulak.Ataupun ada mana2 model yg common dgn E30 punya axle untuk 5 knuckle? so tak payahla masuk wheel spacer tu.Anyway thanks kawan2 sbb membantu saya yg baru nak belajar ni.

Guys.just finish my LSD installation.but theres another problem coming...
my mech change the original drive shaft to current.so now the car sounds like driving the 4WD.is that the problem from changing that drive shaft??
can anybody answer?

I dont get you boy, original drive shaft to current? the current from which car? is it original from your car of came with lsd? why you change drive shaft? is the 'new' drive shaft better condition?

lsd sounds like 4wd? hissing sound or like military tayar celup truck?

original lsd punya drive shaft not using.i mean the drive shaft coming with lsd.
i dont know y.now he using old drive shaft.meaning here changing drive shaft lsd tu then used the old one (yg xde lsd tu,yg lama punya).
the size are same.he said that new one which came with lsd is already broken.when i look into it its true coz the getah already koyak.
then the sounds is not like tayar askar bro... hahahaha... something like missed align la.i afraid the coupler which joint with the lsd.now which one need to check? coupler lsd tu ke or drive shaft yg dia tukar tu.. TQ.

mmmm... i used two lsd before. 365 and now 373. The 365 got hissing sound when acceleration (macam bunyi jet kalau radio salah connect). The 373 takde bunyi only reverse.

my advise pakai dulu. Minyak LSD dah tukar ker?

that mech also told me to try first,if not ok then return back the car and he will repair.ok bro highway.thanks for ur advise.maybe have to try it first.mana tau kot lama² nanti hilang bunyi tu.thanks bro.

what price? i got complete set of 325 :

1)rear arm
2)disc brake and brake
3)lsd 3.9
4)brake cable

last year cost bout 1.2k not including installation.this year i dont know bro.

ala dah ada lsd buat apa tanya lg bro.kete dlm mudah.com tu amacam? Hehehe....
