Sad but true..this non license holder can drive,
no joke as a result this is my ride condition now. lots of bimmer enthusiast crave for wide body.. mine is narrowed bodykit. additional to that, an approximately 8 inch of hole through my bodykit straight into rear passenger seat. This caused by 'the truck tow hook' thats protrude on his front bumper.

I was exiting parking lot area and this truck enter in such F1 skill with racing line, result he hit my car.. a very loud bang. He jump out of his truck and told me "sorry bang, sorry.... brake tak makan larr".

BOLEH KER? No number plate, No roadtax, No driving License... BOLEH KER? mana buleh claim camni? BOLEH KER?

i was behind highwaystar and was like "ohhhh farkkkkkk!!!!" and there goes the beauty! i only can watch....sigh...we feel you bro! yep! get well sooooonnnnn!!!

thanks for tha concern guys... atleast felt a bit off the burden.

shahril, we plan to settle off but he cannot pay,
we went down to KL for a quotation, roughly 3k top... he said.. go ahead and report to police. now as what i've told the truck in compound already and the driver got saman for no license, no roadtax amounting RM900. The police told me that this case is unique.

1. Accident occurred in Private Property area therefor public can't sue them.
2. The report differs, the driver report police telling that i'm the one who speeding and hit his truck.
3. The debris of the accident shown that it located on his lane.. (ON WHICH THAT IS NOT TRUE, IT WAS IN MIDDLE).
4. i am 3rd party insured

If i'm in the right side... most probably i will head to Berjaya head office and file a complain under civil negligence. If i found wrong... then is 0-0

I was not hoping to get the money... but i was hoping that this kind of accident will never happen to other public user, imagine that there is a family on my spot... sure semua kena.

Something have to be done!

Oh yes... i got big good news to overcome this,
After 7 years of trying....8 months from now, i'm gonna be a daddy!!!!
