Springs that have a low Spring Rate are soft, while springs that have a high Spring Rate are stiffer.

okla bro like that if you like it...but h&r is stiff a bit la bro, one jeembo won't slam down the car but if 2 jeembo's are in then it'll drop to 1 inch...just to explain how hard it is la...if i were to use the h&r race ones then my S will be numb like "batu" oredi Very Happy

and yes i am so going to get it one day:)

no info found bro..sorry but i believe the Apex is similar in stiffness to H&R sports:)

i'm still googling for these springs rate:
Apex, FK, KW, Weitec, Racing Dynamics, Spax springs,

me too..cant seem to find it,,im lookin for bilstein blue, apex & jamex rates..mind sharing if u manage to find them mate?
