RATE : RM 215.00 nett per room

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Room Rates are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
- Rates quoted are per room and per night
- Rates quoted are NETT and includes 10% Government tax and 5% service tax.
- No additional charge for children below 11 sharing the same bed with
parents (Max. 2 children only).
- RM50 for extra person, with or without extra bed.
- Rates include breakfast for 2 persons.
- Additional breakfast charges - no charge for children below 6, RM9 for
children between 6 and 12, RM17 for anyone above 12.)
- Check-in time: 2:00pm, Check-out time: 12:00pm.

PARTICIPANTS.....wic option would u guys prefer?
Option 1 -> pay deposit
Option 2 -> walk in

if deposit...it has to be paid by 15th Oct.....bro hiway...can u b d treasury?

Bro amna, thank you for your hard work, i apologies that i cant be the treasury regarding this trip. I would be prefer if you kow tim everything. it is little too short time to get participants to pay up in the middle of the month.

Based on total participants, it will be best if we do walk in.
i reckon there will be additional members to join for cameron trip.

it is better...i prefer we walk in too.....as mentioned by few hotels there....1 nov is not peak season....

Any sticker for the event? hehehe ala-treasure-hunt ke.....dun mind paying.

want to make some caps pon tak sempat la....

yo frens, due to:
1. participant withdrawals - priority for family, study n biz
2. high petrol cost for the trip to Cameron

mayb we nd to change the venue. Bro Highway suggested go to Genting instead. I hav no prob with any venue as long as it would be agreeable to all participants....ultimate goal to have FUN.
Go to Satay Muar for breakfast pon OK hehe......

Itinerary on 1st Nov Saturday:
7am: all to meet at the meeting point - Shell Station before the Gombak Toll.
8am: drive to Genting
9am: Have breakfast and free & easy activities, photo session
12pm: Drive down the hill.

Before drive down, we discuss and vote if want to continue with convoy to Janda Baik / Ulu Yam before drive back home. if not drive back home stret lorr.

need to have your feedbacks....how many now wanna join...we dun hav much time left if we want to proceed on 1 Nov.

if u hav better idea....share la...

This could be better, shorter distance, same target event and budget trip.
hope we can see new faces during this event.

Maybe we breakfast in Gotong Jaya and drive around genting where people normally didnt go.. like along vegetables market quiet road terrain with lush greenery's.

lepak at starbucks, happy hours and such...
