ya bro, u r rite. the 2nd option is Kinaka's car, he is a great enthusiast for e30, i undestand he has 3 e30 at home : cabrio, coupe & 4 doors sedan! salute him!

Everybody out there, I'm gonna pass this 1st option to members here who may appreciate the car since I'm no longer interest with the car coz it's way too beyond my budget.

His ride is indeed a great ride with proper care :

1. Engine upgraded to M20 325i Montronic
2. New paint work with new floor board comes with 5 years rust warranty from his painter
3. Going to install original Mtech2 bodykit
4. New dashboard & new gear knob

And he is asking for RM28K! so if you guys are great negotiator, perhaps u wanna try ur luck by calling him 016-3824555 (Jay)

i have seen e36s also rusting away....

so u must indeed proceed to do all the rust checks whether its a new or old body unless u have documentation that the previous owner has done all these prior.

only way, is to jack the car....view from below, from on top etc...

check the joints, most important and also the firewall section, touch the carpet on the driver side or passenger for any signs of water leakage cos that would mean the presence of rust.

doubt it will excite u but its pretty well maintained though.
very clean interior,exterior is dent free too.
very stock throughout.
will get the pix of his m40 from him and post it in here ok

tq very much.

clean interior without dents on the exterior have alrdy won half the war mah!

look on the bright side, at least the stock standard body will allow some space for me to customise the car according to my own taste rite? Laughing

MOST IMPORTANTLY the car is well maintain with no RUST! i'm gonna use the car as daily travel car! Can ah?

LOL....yes a well maintained ride is vital.modding according to your own taste is the ultimate feeling mate!
and yes it is my friends daily drive!

im tyk3's fren who's got the e30 318i 1991, its my daily use car. nice number too 318.. Smile

Car is stock standard m40 engine(manual), radiator changed to e34 radiator,front shocks new, front discs changed to 320 discs, rear came wit disc, front springs apexi, rear stock springs, engine mounts hv just been changes n lower arm bushes hv been changed too.. coupla other bushes and things too..

im considering selling my baby to upgrade to a 325i, yet to see the 325i so not confirmed sale yet.

i should be looking at the 325i hopefully by this weekend, then can confirm with you if i will put mine up for sale.

but attached are pics for you to think about... hehehehe.. Wink

if can try nego for Kinaka's m10 coupe .
it is b4 far the CLEANEST e30 i have ever seen in the country . chassis, engine bay , undercarriage , interior ..the car is pristine . virtually zero rust anywhere.

and i have seen all the mentioned 'areas' of the car.

engine upgrades can be done anytime when u own the car . but when it comes to a rusty e30 chassis , u cant really do much about it ..only slowdown the process thru very expensive bodywork.

Kinaka's coupe actually is indeed a very well maintained car...only worry is the engine-as highway star said, hard to find parts...

if i want to do engine upgrade, what budget am i looking at? can anybody here share some info?

bro, may i ask if your car is 'infested' by RUST?

i'm a dumb with e30 here, may also ask if e30 is CBU or CKD? Galvanized body only available in CBU/imported i guess??
