guys, i have a problem with my control arm, the one that looks like a boomerang? hehehe... There are 3 bushings for lower arm am i right? the one thats connected to the tyre is moving. so the whole thing is moving back n forth. Can the bushing be replaced? or have to change the whole arm? the one i marked in yellow.... how much will it cost? Please advise... Smile

Can be changed. The lower arm can last fer a long time, unless u hit something and damaged it. Just ask ur nearest friendly neighborhood parts dealer =)

If budget permits, i strongly advise you to buy the whole assembly. But if no budget, then you buy separately. Reason is, if you buy the whole assembly, the control arm is new (besi pun keras lagi) and it was assemble by the factory itself therefore they have a QC on every parts assembled.

The control arm tends to soften due to wear and tear, therefore besi arm tu pun lembut sikit then if you change bushing only... the bushing also will cepat rosak sebab the strength and pressure on the road. mmm... harap2 you paham ler.. gue pun penin kepara nak explain.

Control arm full assembly will cost you somewhere around 300+ one side.

price is about rm60 per bushing, its not under BMW's ETK cause its an oem part... Smile

lower arm rm65..both other bush rm55 each..so rm175...can be used on e36 also
