PROGRAM KONVOI AMAL KASIH BERSAMA ANAK YATIM DAN SELEBRITI

Dengan sukacitanya dimaklumkan bahawa Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih (RALK) telahpun mula beroperasi pada Januari 2006. Selain dari menjaga anak-anak yatim dan warga emas, RALK juga menjadi tempat rujuk dan pusat mengagih-agihkan bantuan berupa makanan asas dan lain-lain keperluan kepada ibu tunggal, fakir miskin serta golongan yang layak menerima zakat. Di bawah RALK ditubuhkan Baitul Hidayah menempatkan saudara-saudara baru dan Kelab Anak yatim seMalaysia di mana seramai lebih 300 orang anak-anak yatim yang tidak tinggal di rumah kebajikan telah dikenalpasti dan didaftarkan serta disalurkan sumbangan dan mereka juga turut berpeluang untuk mengikuti program-program jemputan, lawatan, percutian serta lain-lain aktiviti samada anjuran RALK mahupun anjuran pihak penaja secara bergilir-gilir.

2. Sempena Maulidurrasul 1429H ini, RALK dan Kelab Anak Yatim seMalaysia akan menganjurkan satu program istimewa iaitu, Konvoi dengan 100 kereta mewah, membawa bersama anak yatim, saudara baru, orang kurang uapaya dan golongan asnaf yang lain. Program ini akan bermula di Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih, kemudian ke Ampang untuk bersarapan pagi, mengelilingi Kuala Lumpur dan berakhir di Putrajaya

3. Sehubungan dengan itu, kami amat berbesar hati sekiranya pihak BMW Marketing sudi untuk memberikan sokongan dengan menaja penggunaan kereta-kereta BMW di dalam menjayakan program ini. Pihak penganjur berkeyakinan bahawa program ini adalah merupakan satu pembaharuan di dalam meraikan anak yatim kerana jarang sekali golongan ini berpeluang menaiki kenderaan-kenderaan hebat seperti BMW dan ini akan menyuntik semangat mereka supaya berusaha bersungguh-sungguh demi mengubah nasib mereka dan keluarga agar tidak dipandang rendah di mata masyarakat.

Dengan sukacitanya dimaklumkan bahawa Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih (RALK) telahpun mula beroperasi pada Januari 2006. Here is some update from the meeting for RALK Charity drive on 30/3/08.

CARS

1. Bimmers Club.: 30 Cars
2. Bimmerianz....: 50 Cars
3. UDM Owner.....: 30 Cars
4. Honda Jazz.....: 20 Cars
5. V Sixers Club..: 40 Cars
6. Citra Club.......: 30 Cars
7. Big Bike..........: 30 Bikes

Kids who join our ride age from 7 to 15 years old.

We are advice to ride 2 kids on a car from RALK in the morning and send them back to RALK after the event

There is a Charity Drive Car sticker to stick on the rear wind screen to avoid lost or follow the wrong car.

We will break into 50 Cars / group for the convoy.

The next meeting will be on 3rd April in RALK for finalize the list and event arrangement.

Sticker will release to the members on Friday Join TT (All the Club) in TESCO AMPANG

Ia it ok to bring or give things for the orphans. I was thinkng of giving away clothes which i cant use anymore. Dnt wrry its not torn but wearable and no underwears too...boleh kan? Since my bday last friday did nt do anything..saya nak derma....I think the rest too....cool kan?

Meeting yesterday at RALK, 9pm was discussing about the Route;

1. Pick up the "Children" from RALK, Puchong Perdana - 8am
2. Move down to Tesco, Puchong for Govin Singh's speech
3. Drive down to KL thru Bkt. Jalil route & pass by to ASTRO
4. Straight to KLCC by using Sg. Besi then to Jln. Tun Razak & to Jln. Ampang
5. After that, we'll cut in to Jln. Sultan Ismail move to PWTC by Lebuhraya Mahameru
6. From there, we'll go to Eye of Malaysia at Tmn. Titiwangsa
7. Then we use back Lebuhraya Mahameru, to cruise down to Museum & pass by Istana
8. Then we cut in thru to Sg. Besi (toll) then go Putrajaya by going out thru Kajang intersaction
9. There we'll have our lunch & hopefully there will be a place for us to perform Drag & Drift or DONUT
10. Lastly, we'll fetch the childrens back to RALK, Puchong Perdana
11. Dismiss

RALK have confirm that there will be 4 patrol police cars & 16 police bikes to escort all estimated 250cars from Astro onwards back to Putrajaya till Puchong!

News from RALK

Good afternoon,

Memandangkan di Tesco tiada tempat yang sesuai, sarapan pagi hanya disediakan di Kg. Sri Aman (asrama putera). Selain itu, pihak polis trafik Kuala Lumpur telah bersetuju untuk menyumbang tenaga seramai 16 hingga 20 anggota polis trafik bermotorsikal. Bagi kereta yang sudi menumpangkan para artis pula diharap dapat dapat berkumpul di parking hadapan masjid Puchong Perdana pada pukul 8.30 pagi kemudian barulah terus berkonvoi menuju asrama putera. Rombongan ini akan disambut dengan paluan kompang dan bunga manggar. You're to advise to have your own breakfast.
Even-though RALK provide food, it is best to have your own.

Depart to RALK (Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih)
A parking space provided for BMW participants. Estimated ETA
for all participants is around 0830

There will be a red carpet entrance with Kompang to welcome all members.

Route:
YOU WILL BRING 1 or 2 Kids with you in the car.

1. Move down to Tesco, Puchong for Govin Singh's speech.
2. Drive down to KL thru Bkt. Jalil route & pass by to ASTRO
3. Straight to KLCC by using Sg. Besi then to Jln. Tun Razak & to Jln. Ampang
4. Ccut in to Jln. Sultan Ismail move to PWTC by Lebuhraya Mahameru
5. From there, we'll go to Eye of Malaysia at Tmn. Titiwangsa
6. Then we use back Lebuhraya Mahameru, to cruise down to Museum & pass by Istana
7. Then we cut in thru to Sg. Besi (toll) then go Putrajaya by going out thru Kajang intersaction
8. There we'll have our lunch & hopefully there will be a place for us to perform Drag & Drift or DONUT
9. Lastly, we'll fetch the childrens back to RALK, Puchong Perdana
10. Dismiss

It is not easy to organised such a huge event. With the combinations of Car Clubs like Jazz, Perdana V Six, Big Bikes, Volvo, Citra and of course BMW.

Overall, thumbs up guys. Hick-ups occurs, but a small one.
So far 3 cars breakdown in this event due to extreme heat. Hot weather kow kow... (but they manage to overcome these problem) Please check gallery about this event

good event... blardy hot day and very silly people whoever organized the convoy... as we created jam for 4km with 30+ cars double parked on hway/exit to kuchai lama...

imagine both sides jammed up... if i were them.. i would be cursing... and the police were not doin anything bout it.. inspite having a police car right in front on the convoy...

i pity the children .. as they were tired, hot..... thank god.. i bought them kfc, drinks, sweets.. sadly had to leave by 1pm due to urgent werk..

thanks to hwaystar for coordinating and orgynising this event... hwaystar... you did a marvelous job.....

Hey thanks to all of you, yes mafia...pity those kids who has to wake up at 4.30 am just to be in this event. My kids quiet jer, enjoying the music and doze off. They are tired then we are.

As for VCD, i have talk to irman for censorship department in malatbimmer.com, video masa kurek buntut, kurek idong dan mana mana yang extreme akan dikekal kan...kekeke...
