#1: tyres? Author: chriseunos PostPosted: Wed Mar 26, 2008 2:24 pm

wassup people, im currently in a dilemma. its time for me to change new tyres to the E30. The amount of different choices in the market blurs me. Im currently running on Bridgestone Potenza G3 195/55/15. Any recommendation? Tyres that are on my mind:

Toyo T1-R
Bridgestone Adrenalin Re001
Continental CSC2 (i heard only 17" and above?)
Michelin Pilot Preceda 2

i would love to change to 205/50/15 tyres. Im not sure if the models that i mentioned carry the size or not. If you happen to have the price for the tyres, pls share.

Thx you

Chris

I normally do not take sharp corner in high speed and also did not drive fast during rain. Therefore i don't know what is good with my tyre. During cornering takde keluar bunyi that is good for me. I am stingy fellow hehehehehe....

okay, i use sime tyres, secondhand tyres BUT never use silverstone tyres. As long it meets my budget and also wont skid during wet...
Currently and i guess forever, i will use Good Year Ducaro 195.60.15 price can get RM180 per piece.

Cheerio!

Toyo tyres is soft. Not because it was produced from Tempe ya! Syiok. Low noise, but very fast worn-out. If u r a 'rough' driver, ur RM will fly faster.

Currently I'm using Hangkok (eh correct spelling ka?) Optima something. So far so good lah. Corner, me whack habis (especially if u have ARB F+R hehe). Wet, still intact n no aquaplan. Noise level, got sound but not that loud. Can't remember how much I bought it la.. RM200++
