Has anyone tried any japanese exhaust on the bmw 6 cyclinder? How does it sound?

Currently im using Remus DTM exhaust and got a good value on a Nismo 2.5" exhaust that i wanna buy. Wondering how would it sound...opinions?

wow..sound great!!...i heard 1 e30 with hks exhaust...loud but very2 sweet to heard m20 6cylinders sound...

really? Last time i was using this "japan made" tong..which is a big tong but the sound it made damn garang..regret selling it off....T_T

my ideal sound would be "woahhhh"....not those mellow 4 cyclinder sound. Currently my sound is kinda deep bassy mellow la

Opppsss... haa i dont know about jap exhaust system in 6 cyclinder BMW.
But i use center box jap made and can only last me 6 months. Why? BMW engine heat is too extreme that the materials use in jap system failed. Not durable lorr... now i have to spend extra looking for the center box that can take the heat of BMW engine.

Currently used HKS centre box with Janspeed rear. Janspeed ROCKS!

boss....i've been using japs back box all this time......without any centre box........all i can say is if its used without the silencer....u better put on your ear plugs.......=)

May i ask what jap box are you using? I tried the "tong" without the centre box. Its ridiculous. But once i installed stainless steel bullets. The sound just pure ecstacy! I need to hear some soundclip of any jap exhaust on BMW 6 cyclinder engine !

i've used kakimoto.....straight flow.....which emits something like an rb only thing it sound rougher....
another straight flow brandless.....from a k20 which sounds exactly like a vtec......during cam on........
a big box fujibutso.......that sound like a superbike........

and when the engine.....is started early morning when its cold or the battery unplugged.....it will sound like a scooby.....heheh.....

u've got to remove all the centre boxes to have some crazy exhaust note......but when u are driving on the streets beware, u've got to watchout for officers cos they can hear you blocks away before they can see you.......heheh......
