How many of you into sports or just simple plain fitness exercise?

Badminton and running is a good idea to maintain your cardiovascular
treatment. Well, soon i'm gonna play badminton again..kekekek...lepas raya kot..hahahaha

Lets get healthy...!

Lari la bro. Stamina sangat hebat yoooo. Sebelum posa saya punya jadual paling kurang dalam seminggu 3 kali lari. Sekali lari jauhnya sekitar 7 ke 8 km non stop. Some times kadang2 sampai gila tu lari sampai 10 km. Hujung minggu main golf kalau ada kesempatan. Mula2 berjinak dengan golf dulu hampir2 nak tinggalkan aktiviti berlari ni. Tapi tak leh la bro. Main golf tak perlukan stamina yang hebat walaupun kita tarik troli.
Nasihat saya badan kita nie macam gak injin kereta. Dia perlu digunakan dengan maksimum untuk dapat kepuasan maksimum. Kalau kita manjakan dia. nanti akhirnya tak de daya pecutan dan tak de power lak injin kita.

WakE30Panchur! You rocks!... yup running is a good exercise for those who want to increase Cardio and Stamina. BUT some of us live in where air polution exist, therefore, we can only practice by treadmill running in the local gymnasium or fitness centre.

Last time (last 15 years ago) i chose cycling for my exercise tahn a few years after that i'm into Running events, got a 215 position in KL International Marathon, 165 Penang Bridge Marathon, 284 in Nike 10km and 125 in Malacca Half Marathon. That time i spend 5 days a week for practice. NOW GUA PANCIT KAW KAW..hehehe..

SO SAD.... muuuaawaaaawaawawa

Hoyyooo... Hebat tu. Kalu pancit buleh pam balik. Pam pelan2 nanti dia ok le. Last year I ada gak join Seremban half marathon, Larian PSKPP (wakil NS) dan beberapa event lain, tapi tak de lah dapat no yang bagus2. Almaklumlah umur pun dah masuk 43+. Tapi tahun ni gila golf punya pasal sampai tak sempat sertai apa2 eventpun. Hopefully next year dapat join balik la. Tersangatlah mengujakan....

yeah.. me now joining Pravindstar, Tombstone and Saint for their weekly badminton event which held at SS3. Monday and Wednesday 9-12pm... BUT aku pancit kaw kaw larr... long time no exercise...wanna join ahh?
