I've seen this exact piece for sale on the bmw sg forum. pretty old post if I recall correctly and the owner was even considering keeping it if he couldn't get the right price.

am using it in my car now...
yes its from a fellow forummer in BMW-SG! gave me at a good price!!
will only let go if any crazy price is thrown at it, cos everything got a price...
