I'm interested with this car.

I believe this is "King Eric"'s car....seen it in the flesh and must say, its a sweet specimen.

Can't really comment on the price as with good E30's in the market, willing buyer, willing seller.

This car is awesome, already done up and you got nothing to ad in, might change the color to make it 'yours'.

But all these up to the buyer. Some of us willing to spend their time on 'building' their E30 in their very 'own' taste, choosing bodykits, rims, suspension etc.

Some of us are just wanted to own E30 and feel to be part of one of the BMW legacy, however if you have 'woongga' then just go for it and start driving.

If this will be your first car, then you should get a problem free car.
the main point is you happy we all happy lorr.

if i ever want to buy another e30, i'll make sure i'll buy a well built car...to build the car up to spec very tiring and not to mention lots of headache and $$$$$$$$$$$$!!

Do anyone know about this car's engine..motronic?
i have email the owner,but he didn't reply yet..

base on the info, this car year 84 is not motronic (unless he swap engine tech) motronic is latter models if i'm not mistaken 87 - 93. This car equiped with LJetronic which is earliest M20 engine management systems.

i will settle if this car 2.5 motronic or 2.7 Ljet and with lsd. M50 engine also wokey..after all with that amount of money, you're opt to get better bargain with extras. owh yes, full mtech seats and rear one with armrest. Nice uncrack dash will be main point too.

To differentiate between M20 LJet and Motronic, Motronic doesn't use Distributor.

and yes, eventhough you had another E30, you still prefer to drive the one that gave you headache, why? you know the car and the car knows you LOL.

M20B20 engine,got problems?I need advices from sifu2 and anyone who familiar whis this engine.

every engine have its own problem if its not taken cared properly.

m20 engine is a robust engine....

engine problem, car problem, tire problem, brake problem all car got larr.... tell us which engine don't have problem? even maintenance free battery also got problem.

like chris said, every engine sure got problem if never take care properly.:):)

OMG too bloody expensive for a 320i with a rust prone '84 body lahh !!! For that price can easily find a galvanised post '88 325i with bags more power and a body that can at the least last u till next week.

Or for 35k u might as well go buy a '36 325i or 328i which has more power and better bodies. In fact if you're willing to top up a couple of grand there are some e 36 M3 converts on mudah.com worth checking out.
