So before i starts, i am truely sorry if it is my rude to simply breach into these forums (and seriously, you guys look fierce to me).... so I just hope that after you all finish reading what i am going to say.. Then only you guys wanna do whatever with me... it is all fine by me.... *gulps*

I doesn't know much about BMW side actually, and I thought Continental side were usually easier to find parts compare to what mostly Japanese side of markets (okay... maybe i weren't suppose to compare here)... *Why i just find that it is really scary inside here*...

Alrights... So I actually started a campaign by myself last friday.. With just a supports from my side of friends... (not clubs)... it is my long time buddies all... who are from the Toyota thread over at zth and also those EPMC guys....

All this thing i am doing, i never thought i could reach until this level.. I just feel that right after I missed the Volkwagon guys on their 2nd petitions signage session... which i didn't had the time to make it there... as I work in Advertising Design line... Mon-Fri, i get fried inside office till 4-5am...

So, i missed out that round... And good news is, the 15 years old rules of old car going for inspections is being pulled off. But, the 2 main rules which 1 of them, will actually be creating a huge affect on a lot, and i really meant a LOT of people here... and it might be a bygone history by the July of 2011...

So, as earlier i have mentions... I really don't know if you guys here really requires 2nd hand spare parts... or those performances parts... which like over toyota here, if we wanted to find greats performance parts... We can't actually just go click on internet or go to some shop and buy it straight... We can only ask some of our runners and get it back from Japan for us.

I been breaching into around 10 forums and differents car club in whole malaysia... and i just hope for 1 big purpose...

- To sign a petitions/memorandum which is the most important thing..(no banners, NO riots... NO cursing... No scolding... just comes silently, peacefully and we leave as good citizen and smilessss goes home)...
- We make photo and News on all TV broadcast and Radios...
- I will call upon "Malaysian's Book of Record" as since last friday, there are more and more groups are willingly to join me on this peaceful Awareness Campaign... I realise, it might be a chance we all can stuck of name and faces into a history moments... FOR the Malaysian Largest Car Gathering ever & Malaysian Most Joined Types of Car Maker's Gathering.

I know it sounds crazy... but even if i am how insane nor how crazy i am... without a full supports from everyone... It will only just c.r.a.z.y me...

I am finish here... and I know it is hard... but I just wanted to gets as much helps as i can... from all friends out there... And let other citizen see what is the true meaning of 1Malaysian, with 1 Heart.. and 1Nations.

The plans is can't be executed at all due to I need to pay a certain of amount for DBKL, and BUKIT JALIL guys for running and renting their spot for this event. And I don't have that amount of money. And I AM NOT GOING TO ASK ANYONE HERE TO PAY A SINGLE PENNY TO ME... BUT I WILL RUN THIS CAMPAIGN MYSELF, I have even called for Police HQ also... the permit won't come out in time.. Unless there are some sweets and sugar involved... if you know what i meant....

Then, I have seek advice from a close Datuk who happens to be my sister step father and even those Senior at Volkwagon club adviced me that this whole Event will only create a thing called "HARD APPROACH" and we might NOT be forgiven on this or should i say, the thing being place onwards... It won't be even accepted..

So due to this plan can't work out this way. I will come to find you all with my petitions paper and I will ask you all to sign it on the spot during the time as i come to your's tt place, and i will get to know who all of you guys are...

my final words:

Things I learned during this campaign run and I really thanks all for letting me realise this:
[COLOR="Red"]- Car beyond than 100 pieces, it will need authorities approval..
- This sort of thing automatically will advance into a stage of so called "EVENTS".
- When events occurs, there will be a lot of Authorities party you have to go thru... DBKL, PDRM and the Stadium Organiser
- These permit takes a long time for them to approved it, unless *u do the sweets and candies ways*
- Coming out with huge groups of people is called "Hard Approach" and it should be kept as final last options and even we don't shout nor create noise there... We are listed as "Dead Ducks which can be arrested at anytime"...[/COLOR]

So now guys.... I KNOW I WILL GET FLAMED HERE!~ If you all wanted to flame me, I will accepts it, you all can curse me, scold me and even mock me and remember my name... But still, I will come to find you all who i have comes to post my message before..... But i hope you all understand here... Bro, you are a true Malaysian .. always beat around the bush haha .. it's OK. After I read ur long post here and at ZTH, i understand what you want to do. Getting petition to cancel the ruling that by 2011 there will be no more imports of used parts rite? No Kedai Potong?

It pissed me off when I first heard about the DAN and luckily they've decided to cancel it. However, I've been humiliated when I'm trying to renew my Insurance just because I'm driving an 18 years old car! They ask me to go POS Office and next to PUSPAKONG! *sigh*

For those idiots who created the DAN and other ruling that against older cars owners like us, you better starts to worry . . sbirdz will hunt u! HAHAHAH =D No worries bro. Count me in.

Everyones...

If you all notice, I have been missing 2 days. The reason is, I have been calling and talking with people who know how this law of petitions and petitioner goes, and this is something serious i have learn here. And i have received warning that ONE more step i take. I can lead all this campaign of mine into one big problems... I might be seing some of us here in courts or behind bars. So I have to FORCE to stop whatever i am doing now.

Thing that i learned here:
Rules 1:As a civilian or normal citizen, you can't simply set up a petitions.
Reason: Petitions is a part of law, and when a petitions is being accepted, there will be a series of hearing and meeting conducted. And all this petitions thing, must follow the country law and you must be a valid organizations to handle or declare this petition.
Reason 2: As a civilian who simply start a petitions can be called as "Act of Treason" or you can be accused for causing misunderstand & trouble among public civilians.

And what can a normal civilian do if he wanted to raise a petitions.
1. He can suggest this disagreement towards a certain organizations and ask them to start a petitions.
2. If he fail to do so, he can only write emails or letter of "Complaint".

As these few days, i have received few warning. There isn't a way i can push forward this thing anymore. I am really really tired here. From a big plan of gathering until it comes down to petitions, and now it is nothing.

I am sorry to bring this news to all of you guys but I myself are already being targeted here and if anymore move i take.. I can say that, there won't be anymore guys name here based by this nick of Sbirdz.

I really hope that if anyone out there who are close to some organizations regarding Workshops, Insurances or Malaysian Automotive Associations can ask them about our little worries here and if they agreed with your points. Then we as civilian, we can throw out our parts by joining them. Because as a normal civilian... this is an advice for all.. Only if u are related towards the problems.. like Car rules against some Car organizations.. then you are free to speak or run some legal acts against it.

I hope that my words above raise some alert for others.. I nearly get myself into big trouble.. and I barely can pull the stop in time, and i really wish those other big organizations affected here will react...

I have been a hell of pressure in the last few days.. I need to rest for a while now.... as this frustrations and dissapointment.. it has cause a great effects onto me.

So guys, S.O.S Awareness Campaign and it's petitions.. Is over. If we all worries and wanted to do something here. It will be up to the big boys to make the first move... I have shrinked till a size of a dust... This is the far most biggest lesson i ever learned.
