I'm not too sure on the offset of these rims as its not stated on the rims but it fits my e30 well without spacers. My take is that its 25-28mm.

The original rim caps are missing though I have a set of 5 fabricated aluminum ones. You will have to fashion a fastening mechanism yourself. One option is to use nice stainless steel screws. The other is to attach a small hub cap and attach it to the rim cap.
I have some DIY small hub caps to provide as well.

You will need hub rings for a perfect fit. These are provided.
