No, I actually chose #381 which is supposed to be LeMans Blue.
At the paint shop shop, they got #381, but it was labelled Dark Gray Mica. I liked the color anyway, so went ahead. LeMans Blue is much brighter though, mine is much darker.
I think only certain paint types will match correctly, e.g. PPG.
Others, their color code dunno they get from where wan lol.

I thought usually they mix themselves the paint.
Last time I went one place in Puchong using Dupont paint, I ask him for a certain code, then he went to the computer to find. It will show them what basic colors to mix in what quantities to get that color.
Of course accurate or not I dunno la.

huh? amenda nih?
i was explaining the color availability in Malaysia. if the origin of the color code from foreign country for sure some of our workshops or paintshop dont have. they have to mix and match according to color. somehow, we use our computer monitor to see... computer color calibration sometimes differs. therefor you see nice and in actual facts when they mix... ada lari sikit...mmm
