Now to open my front hood, I gotta pull the handle damn damn damn hard only can. My mech said probably the cable old and stretched adi, so no more tension.
BavAuto quoted RM100+, so wondering if anyone here has a good spare/used unit before I drop the dough?

Wahaha that one also can? Hmm but after aligning my hood properly yesterday (one side abit too high), now seems abit better. But still very hard to release, that day I see wks pop fahmi's hood also macam senang je.

Are you sure the cable?
Do tightened the lever screw that secure the cable. Its located on your lever inside below glove compartment. If loosed, it tends to feel like a soft cable but apparently it is not. When you pull the lever... i tends to go way back like lembik macam pisang. If you secure the screw (tight), sekali tarik.. POP the hood easier. mmmm.. paham tak nih?

Bro, where is the screw eh?
I looked at the lever, I see two hex bolts holding it to the body, I guess it's not that. I don't really see any screw anywhere to tighten.
Do I have to remove the glove box first or something?
