Maybe ur timing is too low. Get it to adjust at ur mech. If u r in doubt, can always go to FD Jaya at Old Klang Road. Mr Ooi is the man to look for. Sometimes ur AFM. It needs service. Btw, I've never ram my engine in the morning. Start the car and drive slowly fer few mins. The engine will hot in no time =)
