Selamat Berpuasa to all Muslim,
Today is my fifth day fasting with all the muslim.....
Fasting month is great to cleanse as much as cholesterol in the body.
I learn from most of my muslim friends that, during fasting month,
Sahuh 5am wake up : drink plain water 2-3 cups first into our empty stomach.
Eat fruits together with low calories food with high nutrition for the whole day...
Buka Puasa est. 7.30pm : drink 2-3 cups of plain water first with buah kurma and some fruits. eat colorful meal cointains 25% rice, 25% fish or chicken, 50% vegetable and fruits.
After sembahyang Terawih : drink 2-3 cups of plain water. eat fruits together with low calories food with high nutrition before go for a good sleep/rest.
Repeat this over and over and over again will help to reduce the cholesterol and look good during Aidilfitri!
