Happened a few times already.... kete overheat waktu jem. Check everything seems okay then noted fius for the aux fan burnt!!. Replace the fius and everything looks OK after that. Dah ganti 3x dah.... everytime jem tgh panas fius blow. Any idea why fius blow??.... Aux fan motor dah kong ka? Ker kena tukar keter baru?? hehehe

Might be the wiring problem bro maybe something wrong with your relay, whenever the current kick into your fan, the fuse cant hold it, then it will burnt due to current overload. Please do check all your fuses configuration amphere correctly. Some accessories shop main letak jer. BMW fuses very particular about electrical management. If your fuses is 7.5 amp then letak 7.5 jangan letak 10 or 15amp, kalau salah amp, most probably it will burnt other fuse aswell. DO CHECK YOUR FAN RELAY, over the year, most relays get aging, therefore it will not function properly. Please change new relay (cost about RM40)

your fan also must check ahh. ok i dont know much about your engine, normally overheat case, the most basic thing is to check..

1. Water Pump
2. Water got or not
3. Fan Clutch
4. Fan belt
5. Hoses
6. Radiator
7. Fan relay
